Real people read every email, Monday to Friday. We reply within 1 business day.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Where do orders ship from?

From our fulfillment partner’s warehouse overseas, not a US warehouse. That is why delivery takes a little longer. Every order is tracked.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. You pay return shipping.

What if it arrives broken or stops working?

Email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you, your choice. You will not need to send it back.
