How to use it

  1. Wash the drinking and feeding surfaces before first use.
  2. Set it on a stable, level surface and follow the setup instructions supplied.
  3. Fill the bottle with fresh water and fit it into its socket, then pour dry food into the hopper through the top lid.
  4. Show your pet both sides and refresh the contents and clean the serving area regularly.

No. Water and food both refill by gravity.

What is the difference between the colour options?

Each option sets the colour and the model. Two styles are pictured, a round lid model and an ear lid model with a food window.

How often should I clean it?

Refresh the water and clean the bowls regularly, and wash the bottle each time you refill it.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.
