Good to know

Supervise play and replace damaged toys. No toy is indestructible, and plush toys are not made for heavy chewers, so take it away once the seams start to give.

Does it squeak?

Yes. There is a built-in squeaker that sounds with one press.

Is it good for heavy chewers?

It is a plush toy for supervised play, not a chew toy. Strong chewers can open the seams.

How do I clean it?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it dry.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. You pay return shipping.
