How to use it

  1. Unpack the bed and give it time to puff up. It ships vacuum packed and needs a while to recover its shape.

  3. Drop a favourite toy or a worn t shirt in the middle the first night so it smells familiar.
  4. Shake it out every few days to keep the plush fluffy.

Which size do I need?

Match your pet's weight to the size list above. Go one size up for stretchers or pets near the top of a band.

Can I wash it?

Yes. The whole bed is machine washable in cold water and can be tumble dried on low.

Is it only for dogs?

No. The smaller sizes suit cats well, and the larger ones suit medium and large dogs.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. You pay return shipping.
