Good to know

Supervise play and replace damaged toys. No toy is indestructible, so take the ball away if pieces start to come off.

Sizes: 7 cm and 9 cm ball
Designs: A (ball only) and B (ball with braided rope loop)
Options: 7cm A, 7cm B, 9cm A, 9cm B

How to pick a size: Pick the 9 cm ball for bigger mouths and the 7 cm ball for smaller dogs. Whichever you choose, the ball should be clearly too big to fit fully into your dog's mouth or throat.

How to use it

Let your pet investigate the toy before the first game.
Start with a short, supervised play session: roll it, then throw it a short distance and praise the return.
With design B, hold the rope loop, swing and let go for a longer throw.
Put it away after play and check for damage before using it again.

Which size should I get?

Choose 9 cm for larger dogs and 7 cm for smaller dogs. The ball should always be too big for your dog to swallow.

What is the difference between A and B?

A is the ball on its own. B has a braided rope loop through the ball for throwing and tug.

Can my dog play with it alone?

It is made for shared, supervised play. Put it away when the game ends.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. You pay return shipping.
