Good to know

Feathers are a chew target, so put the toy away when you are out and check the feather for loose pieces. Textured or dusty surfaces will not hold the cup.

Wipe the wand and base with a damp cloth. If the suction cup stops gripping, rinse it in water and let it air dry, which brings back the stickiness.

How to use it

Clip the feather to the end of the wire.
Press the suction cup onto a clean, smooth surface and push the lever down to lock it.
Slide the wand into the cup and tighten it.
Give the feather a flick to show your cat it moves. Most cats get the idea within a minute.

Will it stick to my floor?

It holds on smooth surfaces such as tile, glass, marble, steel and sealed wood. Carpet and rough walls will not work.

Can I use it as a normal wand?

Yes. Pull the wand out of the base and play by hand.

Can I get spare feathers?

Yes, choose the feather head option for a replacement.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.
