Which style should I pick?

Styles A, B and C share the same 43 x 21 cm footprint and differ in curve. Style D is a little taller at 5.5 cm.

Will my cat use it?

Most cats like rough cardboard. Put it next to their usual scratching spot and add catnip to help.
