It arrives vacuum packed, so give it a little time to regain its shape. Sizes are measured by hand and can be 1 to 2 cm out.

Take out the mat and wipe it down or hand wash it, then air dry. Wipe the tent fabric with a damp cloth and let it dry before folding it away. The tent is detachable and washable when it needs a deeper clean.

Can I use it outside?

Yes. The waterproof base keeps damp from the ground away from your pet, which suits a balcony, backyard or picnic.

Will my cat actually use it?

Most cats love a covered spot. Put it where they already nap and add a treat or a toy for the first few days.

Is it warm enough in winter?

Flip the mat to the soft Oxford side for cool days. For cold rooms, add a blanket inside.

How long does delivery take?
