Before you choose

Still wondering about something?

Real people read every email, Monday to Friday. We reply within 1 business day.

Will my cat actually chase it?

Its fast, scuttling movement looks like a real bug, which is what most cats react to. Try it on a hard, smooth floor.

What do glow and no glow mean?

Glow versions light up while they run. No glow versions do not. The letter picks the colour.

Is it safe to leave out?

No. It is small and runs on button batteries, so use it only for supervised play and put it away afterwards.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. You pay return shipping.
