    The Stream fountain holds 3 L and runs on USB with a filter. The Flow and Whale dispensers need no plug, as a bottle refills the bowl by gravity.

  • Slow down fast eaters

    The Slow Feeder bowl has maze ridges and anti slip pads under the base. The Clover feeder has curved ridges and suits dry food more than wet.

  • Raise or tilt the bowl

    The Cat Shaped raised bowl sits the food about 8 cm up. The tilted bowls lean forward at 15 degrees, so the last bites slide toward your cat.

Do water fountains need a plug?

The Stream and Clear fountains run on USB. The Flow and Whale dispensers need no power, because water flows down from a bottle by gravity.

How often should I clean a fountain?

For the Clear fountain, empty it once a week, rinse the tank and tray in warm water, and rinse or replace the filter.

Which bowl suits a small dog?

The Adjustable Raised Bowl Stand holds two stainless steel bowls in a wooden frame. It has six settings, flat or tilted, and it folds away.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Will everything arrive in one box?

Not always. If you order more than one item, they may come in separate packages, each with its own tracking link, so you always know where every piece is.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. You pay return shipping.
