How to choose

  • Size the fountain

    The Ripple fountain holds 1.2 L and measures about 15 x 15 x 9 cm. The Clear holds 1.5 L and the Stream holds 3 L, enough that a single cat is not left with a dry bowl.

  • Raise and tilt the bowl

    The Tilted steel bowl leans at 15 degrees. The raised ceramic dish is only 2.6 cm deep, so whiskers stay clear of the sides.

  • Food and water all day

    The Daily station puts a kibble hopper and a water bottle on one 27 x 23 x 27 cm base. Both refill as your cat eats and drinks.

Where should I put a cat fountain?

Set it a few steps from the food bowl and away from the litter tray, near a socket or USB plug. Leave the old bowl out for a few days while your cat gets used to it.

Can I wash the bowls?

Yes. The Raised Double stand has two bowls that lift out to wash, and the Cat Shaped bowl has a stainless steel insert that comes out.

Which fountain fits a small space?

The Ripple fountain measures about 15 x 15 x 9 cm and has three flow speeds. Try the lowest flow first.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Will everything arrive in one box?

Not always. If you order more than one item, they may come in separate packages, each with its own tracking link, so you always know where every piece is.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. You pay return shipping.

What if it arrives broken or stops working?

Email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you, your choice. You will not need to send it back.
