Care

Switch off before cleaning. Wipe the shell and keep the charging connection dry. Inspect the casing before each session and charge according to the included instructions.

Good to know

Is it suitable for a strong chewer? No. Choose a purpose-made chew toy instead; this ball contains electronics.

What if it is not right? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If it arrives broken or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days and we replace or refund it, no return needed.
