Fill the small tank with water and press the switch. A light mist dampens the coat, so fewer loose hairs float around.

Is it hot steam?

No. The supplier calls it steam, but it is a fine water mist from a small tank. Nothing is heated that we know of.

What goes in the tank?

Plain clean water. Some supplier images mention leave-in serum, but we have not tested that, so we suggest water only.

Is it for cats or dogs?

Both. Use short strokes on short coats. On long coats, work in small sections.

How long does a charge last?

The supplier does not list a battery runtime, so we will not guess. The indicator shows when it needs charging.

What if the mist startles my pet?

Brush without the mist first. Once your pet is relaxed, switch it on for a few strokes and build up.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after you order: 1 to 2 days to prepare, then 6 to 10 in transit. Holidays and weather can add time.

Can I return something?
