Care

Scoop daily. Every week or two, empty it, wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well and dry before refilling. Avoid harsh scrubbing pads on the clear panels.

Does litter still get out? Some will, mostly on paws. The walls stop the flung litter; the grated step catches part of what is tracked.

Is it hard to clean? No lid to remove. Scoop from the front, and give the whole tray a wash every week or two.

What if my cat will not use it? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If it arrives broken or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days and we replace or refund it, no return needed.
